The Avaya Select Product Program offers customers a streamlined way to order Avaya-compatible, third-party applications chosen for the powerful capabilities they bring to Avaya’s portfolio.
The Xima Chronicall software portfolio offered through the program has been compliance-tested for compatibility with Avaya IP Office Release 8.0. By integrating Chronicall with Avaya IP Office, Xima Software makes it easy for companies to extend the power and capabilities of office communications provided by Avaya IP Office into valuable business metrics and performance through an intuitive web interface. As part of Avaya’s orderable solution set, Xima Chronicall solutions can be easily purchased through Avaya and its distributors. Customers can add specific capabilities to their existing Avaya platform or can source a complete Avaya-based communications solution that incorporates the Xima Chronicall software portfolio.
Xima Software and other companies participating in the Select Product Program are Technology Partners in the Avaya DevConnect Program – an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company’s investment in its network.
Streamlined ordering through the Avaya Select Product Program is available in the U.S. initially, and is expected to expand globally during 2012. Delivery, implementation, service and support are provided by Select Product Program companies.
